Perlemoen Guest Houses
Perlemoen Guest House is situated on a peninsular, just 1 street up from the sea. It has 3 separate self catering options available. These are the Main House, Adjoining Cottage and Second Cottage (imaginative names we know). The main house has 3 double bedrooms, each on its own floor. Each bedroom is en suite. The loft has two additional single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and stove. Plus of course cutlery and crockery. There is a TV in the lounge with DSTV installed – you just need to bring your own card. In total the main house can sleep 8. The adjoining cottage has 1 double bedroom (downstairs) and 2 twin bedrooms (upstairs). There are also 2 single beds on the upstairs landing (out of the way of course). There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers. The kitchen is fully kitted and the lounge has a TV. The main house and adjoining cottage are only let out if the same group is taking them both. This is because they share an entertainment area with braai and thatch. They also share 4 off-street parking spots. The adjoining cottage can sleep 8. The second cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (en suite). The living area and kitchen are open plan, and has its own private garden, braai area and off-street parking.

Payment
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express. A deposit of 50% is required when booking is confirmed with the balance to be paid on arrival. Regretfully no pets are allowed. Children 8 and older welcome. For registration and collection of keys, please report at 11 Arum Street, immediately next to PERLEMOEN. Arrival Time: After 4 pm / Departure Time: Before 10 am.( If possible, these times may be altered by prior arrangement with the owner )
