Ann’s
Ann’s Cottage is a small 1 bedroom self catering cottage just outside of Ceres (approximately 30km). The bedroom has a double bed and all linen and bedding is provided. The lounge has a sleeper couch, which means you could sleep 2 more people here. There is also a TV, but unfortunately no DSTV. The kitchen is fully equipped (although no dish washer), and the bathroom has a shower and bath. There is a nice patio (stoop) which has excellent views over the dam and a braai (under cover). There is another open braai in the garden. In winter the whole area is covered in snow, which is a sight you really can’t miss. On the premises there is a 4×4 trail you can do. You can also go mountain biking, swimming in the dam or snowboarding in winter. It is family own and run and really is a nice break from the commercial b&b’s that seem to be cropping up all over the country. This is a return back to what a Bed & Breakfast used to be.
