Also you no longer need to stand in those long queues to get your ticket as you can book and pay for them online. We recommend that you walk up and take the cable car down. The V&A Waterfont is great for schmoozing around and for a little shopping. The beaches are all great, but make sure you walk along Camps Bay and Lundludno. Have a picnic up on Signal Hill and then walk up Lions Head to watch the Sun set (bring some water and a torch).
