Anguna Holiday Flats is a holiday apartment complex, right on the beach in Margate. It has 6 apartments, each self catering, and all facing the sea. The complex lawns lead directly onto Lucien Beach (Blue Flag). The apartments are fully furnished and the kitchen has a microwave, fridge and dishwasher – who wants to do dishes while on vacation? There is also a TV with DSTV dish, but you will need to bring your own decoder and card. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and 1 has two single beds. The flat can comfortably sleep 6 people. The apartments are excellently located right at the beach, but there are plenty of other nearby activities to keep you busy, such as tennis, fishing, squash, bowls and horse riding. It is also close to shops, the cinema and restaurants. There is only one parking bay available. Each additional parking bay required will be charged at R20 per day.

Felchow Inn

Felchow Inn is a small but comfortable Bed & Breakfast in Margate. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is en suite. There is an excellent view of the sea and the beach is about a 25minute walk. Flechow Inn is centrally located, so you are close to shops and cafes, the cinema and golf courses. Each room has a coffee/tea tray, ceiling fan, mini bar fridge, and a TV. Beachcomber Bay

Beachcomber Bay is a luxury and very large Bed and Breakfast (B&B) on the border of Margate and Ramsgate. It has 6 bedrooms in total, all being en suite) Each room has a mini bar, tea/coffee facilities, fan and a TV (with DSTV facility – you can bring your own or hire from us). Beachcomber Bay is situated on top of a hill, with amazing sea views (180 degree uninterrupted views), and also has private access to the beach. 13 Indigo Bay

13 Indigo Bay is in a fairly new apartment block, and is a self catering apartment. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom is en suite). There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, cutlery&crockery, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. It really does have all the conveniences you would have at home. It is clean and modern, with a breakfast counter and stools. The dining room has an 8 seater table and there is a leather lounge suite. A massive 80cm TV is included, with a DVD player and full DSTV. The lounge also has aircon. You will be impressed with how modern and upmarket the finishes and furnishing is in 13 Indigo Bay. The main bedroom is en suite (with shower, bath and toilet), with a king size bed, dresser, built in cupboards, aircon and 74cm TV with DVD and DSTV. Room 2 has a queen size bed and rooms 3 and 4 each have 2 single beds. The second bathroom also has a bath, shower and toilet. The dining room and lounge lead out to the balcony, with sun loungers and a braai, and seating for 8. There are fantastic sea views from the balcony. Downstairs there is also a shared pool for the complex, as well as undercover parking for 2 cars.

Anchorage House

Anchorage House is a large self catering property that features both a self catering house as well as various self catering cottages. It is up the hill of Margate, roughly 1.2km away from the main Blue Flag Status beach. There is a pool, a jungle gym and a baby pool – you can see that Anchorage House is well set up for family vacations. There is also plenty of secure parking available. The main self catering house can sleep 10 people. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with a single), a large fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area with sea views, a private braai area with private garden, and a balcony with great sea views. The house has a TV with DVD and DSTV. There are then various cottages that can sleep between 4 and 10 people. They are all priced differently. and have different number of rooms and bathrooms. Crows Nest

Crows Nest is a self catering apartment in Margate that can sleep 8-10 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 of the bedrooms us en suite with bath. The second bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. Room 1 and 2 have queen size beds, and room 3 has 2 double beds. The kitchen is fully kitted with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. It also has plenty of crockery and cutlery. The lounge is furnished, and has a TV with DVD and DSTV set up (you just need to bring your own decoder and card). Walk out of the lounge onto the patio overlooking the sea. It really has some great views, and there is also a braai and some patio furniture. The Crow’s Nest apartment is a short walk from the main Margate beach (with blue flag status) and you can walk to nearby restaurants and take aways. Bedding is supplied and a cleaning service can be arranged. Parking is for 2 cars (one in a garage and one under cover). The apartment is on the first level.

Ingwe Manor is a stunning Bed and Breakfast, in a fantastic location in Margate. It is situated just behind palm trees, overlooking the beach and ocean – really a paradise. All bedrooms are en suite with ceiling fans, safes, tea/coffee facilities and TV’s with DSTV. There are 10 rooms in total. Treetops Lodge

Treetops Lodge is a lovely Bed & Breakfast in Marget, that also offers self catering accommodation. It has been around since 2004 and has a 3 Star rating. Although it does not have a sea view, it offers some fantastic treetop level (hence the name) views from the deck. Treetops Lodge is very well located, being within walking distance of not only the town center with its shops and restaurants, but also the beach. This means that once you get here, you can hang your car keys up and not have to use them again until you leave to go back to the “real world”. Each room has its own private entrance, which leads out onto the deck and a private patio. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink after your day at the beach. All the Bed&Breakfast rooms are en suite, with tea/coffee making facilities, a bar fridge, ceiling fan, and DSTV cabling (you will need to bring your own decoder and card). One of the rooms has a jacuzzi and is our unofficial Honeymoon suite. Breakfast (English or Continental) is served on the patio or the dining room depending on the weather and what you prefer. The self catering units have a microwave, oven/stove, fridge with a freezer, cutlery/crockery, fan and a TV. The largest unit can sleep 5, and has its own private braai area and private entrance. There are also braai facilities, a guest lounge and a bar.

Villa Ventura

Villa Ventura is a bed and breakfast in the seaside town of Margate. It has 8 bedrooms (3 of which are en suite), and is set in a large landscaped garden with sea views. Each room also has a tea/coffee tray and a TV. There is a shared entertainment area where you can braai and enjoy sundowners (bringing your own drinks and food of course).
