Beach House – Self-Catering Seaview

A lovely self-catering house with ocean views and that wonderful sea breeze. Fantastic to take the whole family away as there is plenty of space, with that comfy, warm feel. There is secure parking in the drive way for 2 vehicles a small Shopping complex (Restaurant, Spar, Launderette & Bottle Store) 1km away, and lovely restaurants in the Seaview area.

Accommodation

Fully furnished Self Catering – 3 bedroom home, double bed in each room, 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite to the Master bedroom. DSTV and DVD in living area and 2 rooms. Open plan kitchen (fully equipped with cutlery & crockery etc), leading into the living area and entertainment area (with indoor braai).There is a large deck for those late evening Sundowners and early morning coffee’s watching the sun rise over the sea. The deck area leads to a pool, which has equally fantastic views.

Carry on driving straight on the road which eventually leads in to BUFFELSFONTEIN ROAD
Carry on driving straight on this road eventually this road leads in to SEAVIEW MAIN ROAD
Carry on driving straight on this road for some way at least 15 km.
Just before you enter SEAVIEW you will pass KINI BAY on your left hand side
You then enter SEAVIEW and the house is the 1st one on the right hand side of the road, stairs leading up and a wooden deck surrounds the house.

Port Elizabeth (P.E.) is known as the Windy City or Friendly City and is one of the largest cities in South Africa. Port Elizabeth is also the second oldest city in the country. The city has grown rapidly in the past decade, and more specifically in the last few years as it struggles to grow and improve infrastructure in time for the soccer world cup. Extensive upgrades are taken place at the Waterfont (said to rival that in cape town), the airport, freeways etc. In the past decade the University was also moved out from the centre of town to the outskirts – although not everyone is happy about this.

Of course the beach is one of the major draws. PE has two beaches with blue flag status, so they are stunning, clean and well maintained. Apart from the beaches a few historical places include: Campanile, the Donkin Reserve, St Georges Park, Addo Elephant Park, as well as a fun park called funtasia.
