Ocean View House
Ocean View House is a large Guest lodge and B&B. It has 14 bedrooms and a few private suites, but manages to maintain that guest house intimate feel. It is located between the Twelve Apostles mountains and the ocean, giving magnificent views. It is actually just over the road from the Bakoven beach, which is in walking distance. One aspect that sets the Ocean View House apart from other guest houses is the large 6 acres of land that it uses as an indigenous garden – all for exclusive guest use. In the gardens is a koi pond and a large pool. Now for the rooms. Each room is sea facing, so the view in the morning is fantastic. Every room is en suite with coffee/tea trays. They include DSTV, a minibar and wireless internet. The rooms are divided into suites, each with a different look, feel and facilities. They are the Milkwood Suite (2 balconies, separate bedroom with king size bed, living room area, fully equipped kitchen, ideally for family with child), Royal Suite (there are 4 of these suites, all with king size beds, and option to be furnished with spare bed for 3rd person), Pool Deck Suite (there are 2 of these suites, lead directly onto the pool area, two single beds), Luxury Suite (5 of these suites with either a private balcony or private terrace, 2 single beds), Garden Suite (own private garden, double bed, seating area, kitchenette), Presidential Suite (breathtaking views, 1 bedroom, living area, dining room, kitchen, huge private balcony), the Bungalow (separate house, private garden, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace) and Ocean Villa (a separate villa in Camps Bay, sleeps 6, jacuzzi, fireplace, DSTV).

Directions to Ocean View House
Follow the exit sign out of the airport to the city of Cape Town. Stay on the N2 Highway into the city following the signs for Camps Bay/ Cable Way. Go over Kloof Neck past table mountain cable way and the road goes down hill (Camps Bay Drive). If you look to your right, that is Camps Bay beach. Turn left following Houghton Road until at the next stop street you once again turn left into Victoria Road. Approximately 100m further is a parking lot on your left. Look for our sign as our driveway leads off this parking lot.
