Africa Info and highlights
Africa is a large continent in the Southern
Hemisphere, in fact it is the second largest continent in the world.
The largest country in the continent is Sudan and the smallest is the
Sechelles. Although the continent is very varied in its geography,
culture and weather, most poeple view Africa as a whole as being mainly
bush with wild animals and few, if any, technological advancements.
This is very incorrect in fact. African countries vary in cultures very
dramatically, as they do in weather and geography. Many people will
come to Africa in order to go on Safari and experience wild life. A
typically trip to Africa normally includes a flight into Johannesburg.
From there people typically fly to
the Kruger in order to go on a game drive and see wildlife.
Following this, they would then either continue up into other African
countries like Kenya, Malawie, Mozambique etc., or fly to Cape town for a trip to Table
Mountain.
Airports in Africa
Africa, being such a large continent has many hundreds of airports.
There are airports in each country and they are mainly situatioted in
and around the main cities.
Flights to Africa from South Africa
