MSC Melody, built in 1982, is the smallest in the MSC fleet, and is designed to the highest standards with passenger comfort as a top priority and offers a more intimate cruise with its capacity for just over 1000 guests.

The MSC Melody has 532 cabins, four of which are handicapped cabins. All the cabins have air conditioning, TV, radio, and telephone and are serviced by approximately 530 staff. The choice of cabins aboard the MSC Melody ranges between suites, mini suites, outside cabins and inside cabins.

All meals on board the MSC Melody are included in the price, as well as certain beverages at meal times. All live entertainment on board is included.
All Drinks at dinner time and outside of breakfast and tea times are for the guests account on board the MSC Melody. Transfers to and from the harbour are also excluded in the price.

The retractable, transparent Magrodome allows guests to enjoy one of the two swimming pools and whirlpools even in bad weather.

The MSC Melody boasts a beauty salon and wellness centre and jogging track. It offers two terrace restaurants, The Sunrise and Riviera Terraces as well as the Galaxy main dining room, six bars as well as the Club Universe lounge and Junkanoo Club. The Melody also offers a casino, cinema and the Starlight disco to ensure guests are entertained throughout the night. As the Melody is designed for family cruises, they also offer a children’s play room to keep the little ones entertained and a well equipped hospital medical service in the event of any emergencies.
The eight passenger decks are serviced by four lifts for easy access. There are two swimming pools, an indoor and an outdoor pool and two Jacuzzis.

To ensure guests do not miss any activities on board the MSC Melody, the following day’s program is delivered to the cabins every evening.
These activities include bridge tournaments, pool games, quizzes, karaoke, creative classes, interesting lectures and game shows.
There are many duty free boutiques on board offering a superb range of clothing, cosmetics, jewellery, souvenirs and gifts
The MSC Melody offers a full programme of daily activities for children between the ages of 4 and 12 with highly trained hostesses will keep the children safe, sound and entertained while guests enjoy their cruise.

Fun packed themed evenings are arranged to delight guests on board the MSC Melody, including fancy dress night and cocktail parties.
