TTA Airlink
TTA Airlink is a fairly new airline that is the result of a partnership between TTA (an airline in Mozambique) and SA Airlink. SA Airlink own roughly 49% of the airline. They plan on offering daily flights between Johannesburg and Maputo, catering to business people who want to fly into Maputo, do a days work, and return to Johannesburg that same day (in the evening). To do this, TTA Airlink will be using turbo-prop Avro RJ85 aircraft.
AAT Airlink Destinations
TTA Airlink will only be offering flights between Johannesburg to Maputo. The morning flight leaves Joburg at 6h25 and arrives at Maputo at 7h35. It then leaves Maputo at 18h00 and arrives back at OR Tambo at 19h15. The airline is also hoping to cater to Mozambicans who are looking to catch a connecting international flight from Joburg. Moving forward, TTA Airlink will establish connections between Maputo and Beira, Tete and Nampula.
The only other airlines offering this route at the moment are South African Airways, LAM and 1Time Maputo Flights.
